Anja Harmeier is an experienced drug developer, scientist and entrepreneur specializing in neuroscience and rare diseases. She brings extensive R&D and operational expertise, along with a proven track record in company development and venture capital. Before joining Rewind, Anja was first an investment director at the Roche Venture Fund and later a Partner at Pureos Bioventures, overseeing investments in cutting-edge life sciences companies in the US and Europe. Prior to those positions, Anja held various positions at Roche in early research and development, leading projects in CNS and RD from target identification to Phase 2. Anja holds a PhD in Neuroscience/ Biochemistry from the Institute of Biochemistry at Freie Universität Berlin and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa Madrid.
