First Patient Dosed in TGD001 Immune-Mediated Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITTP) Study

TargED has reached an important clinical milestone with the successful dosing of the first patient in its Phase 1/2 proof-of-concept study evaluating TGD001 as a potential treatment for immune-mediated thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (iTTP).

The study will assess the safety, tolerability and early clinical activity of TGD001, TargED’s first-in-class targeted thrombolytic. This milestone marks an important step in the development of a potential new treatment option for iTTP patients.
