Rob Dekker brings more than 30 years of experience in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), with deep expertise across biologics, vaccines, and cell therapies. Most recently he served as CMC Leader/Director at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, leading end-to-end CMC strategy from early development through BLA submission. Previously, Rob held senior roles at Teva Pharmachemie and Kiadis Pharma (later Sanofi), where he established CMC and manufacturing capabilities for advanced therapies and cytostatic products and led complex remediation efforts. Earlier, he held leadership positions at Biogen and OctoPlus, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing, product launches, and GMP operations. He holds an MSc in Medical Biology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
