First Patients Successfully Dosed in TGD001 Acute Ischemic Stroke Study

TargED has reached an important clinical milestone with the successful dosing of the first patients in its Phase 1b/2a proof-of-concept study evaluating TGD001 as a potential treatment for acute ischemic stroke.

The study will assess the safety, tolerability and early clinical activity of TGD001, TargED’s first-in-class targeted thrombolytic. This milestone marks an important step in the development of a potential new treatment option for stroke patients.
